At the heart of our service is the BOSS Tax Training Program™, a unique initiative designed to eliminate the challenges of outsourcing. We hire experienced accountants and ensure they stay current with fortnightly training sessions on tax and law changes, guaranteeing compliance and expertise.

Our program removes this burden. New accountants undergo a one-month induction on Australian accounting practices, followed by six months of supervised on-the-job training under a senior reviewer. This rigorous process ensures our team is ready to deliver reliable results from day one.

For over four decades, Peter Vickers, a Registered Tax Agent, Company, and SMSF Auditor, has served as the principal of Peter Vickers & Associates in Lindfield, NSW. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, The Tax Institute, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Peter brings deep expertise and a commitment to excellence.
Having built and managed his own successful practice, Peter understands the heartbeat of today's accounting firms—reliable staff, top-tier work quality, cost-effectiveness, and uncompromised client security. His leadership at BOSS is driven by this insight, ensuring seamless collaboration between Australian firms and our offshore team to deliver tailored, high-value solutions that empower your business to thrive.

Kiran—a commerce graduate majoring in Accounting and Taxation—is a Registered Tax Agent (RTA), an Affiliate Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants Australia (MIPA), a Certified Management Accountant (IMA, USA), and an Associate Financial Accountant (AFA, IFA, UK).
As a dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused leader with a Gold Level badge from the IMA Leadership Academy, Kiran brings in almost two decades of public practice experience, offering deep insights into management, accounting, and taxation.
He leads operations, delivery, training, and professional development at BOSS, fostering strong collaboration between accounting staff and Australian clients to create a flexible, mutually beneficial environment tailored to your firm's needs.
Outside work, Kiran's passion for diesel bike restoration and love for beaches strikes a pleasant balance between work and play.
