Both services offer fully trained accountants (and bookkeepers). All accountants go through a one month initial training followed by ongoing Australian taxation training in order they be kept up to date with all of the constant tax changes. All of the training is done by BOSS which means Australian accounting firm clients never need to train any of their outsourced staff (aside from sharing their company’s procedures for accountants to follow).
Both the Dedicated service and the exclusive Freedom Service™ (both services offer part-time and full-time options) provide the same accountant for all of the client’s jobs so outsourced staff get to know the client’s procedures and in time, work gets done faster as the accountants become familiar with the way clients like things done. All services share a no hidden fees policy, there are no joining fees and clients have direct access to their accounting outsourcing staff via Skype or email and BOSS encourages communication to make sure everything runs smoothly. The BOSS Freedom Service™ with a minimum of fifty hours of work per month, (clients can hand over more work if they choose) has no annual leave or sick leave (or any leave) costs for Australian accounting firms. All leave costs are handled by BOSS and when an accountant is on annual leave BOSS can provide a replacement accountant for the time their accountant is away. The same service also has the added benefit of giving fixed-fees for all jobs. This makes budgeting a breeze for firms as they know how much a job is going to cost them before the work begins and all costs are agreed upon before starting the work as well.
